Use the Graphical Hit Selection method to select feature and scan hits as inputs when you create a construction.
Hits can only be selected individually. Multiple hit selection is not currently supported.
To select feature or scan hits with the Graphical Hit Selection method:
Create the feature or scan hits.
Click the construction type (for example, the Constructed Feature Set option) from the Constructed Features toolbar (View | Toolbars | Constructed Features) or from the menu (Insert | Feature | Constructed | Set). PC-DMIS displays the construction's dialog box.

Select the items to use as inputs from the Feature List in the dialog box or select them from the Graphic Display window. For details, see "Graphical Hit Selection Method".
After you select all the items, click Create. The software displays the new construction in the measurement routine.
