TOG1 - This field can be toggled between RECT / POLR.
TOG3 - This value is user editable and is determined by the feature being measured. The HIT line is varied, based on the number of hits set up by the user. For example, 3 hits = 3 HIT/BASIC lines, 5 hits = 5 HIT/BASIC lines.
TOG4 - This field can be toggled between IN / OUT.
TOG6 - This field switches between the various Best Fit types available. These include: LEAST_SQR, MIN_SEP, MAX_INSC, MIN_CIRCSC, FIXED_RAD
TOG7 - This field switches between the various reference types. These include FEATURE, 3D, WORKPLANE, XPLUS, YPLUS, ZPLUS, XMINUS, YMINUS, ZMINUS.
