The following registry entries are available for the PC-DMIS Micro-Vu interface:
Illumination_SettleTime - Is a double-value setting that specifies the illumination settle wait time in seconds. This wait time is applied when the internal illumination command is flagged to wait. It is different than the settle time specified in the mv_config.cfg file, which specifies the wait time after you have made all changes for all lamps in an illumination command block.
Stage_SettleTime - Is a double-value setting that specifies the stage settle wait time in seconds. This is a wait time after each stage move. This wait time is separate from and in addition to any "move complete" logic that the parameters in the mv_config.cfg file control.
Probe_DisableIfNotActive - Is a Boolean value that specifies whether to disable the touch probe if the touch probe is not the active probe.
