The cable that should connect the automatic probe changer rack to the ACU is not attached to the rack and/or the ACU.
As a result, the command is not executed.
What you should do:
If you have an automatic probe changer (APC) rack, connect it.
If you do not have an APC rack, use an alternate MLB command that does not require an APC rack.
