This registry entry provides the allowance for acceptable stage drift. During point detection, the stage position is recorded at the time the point detection command is issued. When the point detection command completes, if the stage position in the (XYZ) axes differs from the recorded stage position, and this difference is greater than these XYZ values, PC-DMIS considers the stage to have drifted.
This value is only evaluated when the AutoShutterEnable registry entry is set to TRUE (1). If the stage is not stable, then point detection is not reliable.
