When this registry entry is set to TRUE (1), portable devices perform scans using "Confetti" mode. Scan data is be drawn as points, rather than a line.
Entry Name: DrawScansAsPoints
Entry Type: Whole Number specifying TRUE (1) or FALSE (0). The default value is -1.
