(XYZ)AutoShutterStageDriftAllowance

This registry entry provides the allowance for acceptable stage drift. During point detection, PC-DMIS records the stage position at the time it issues the point detection command. When the point detection command completes, if the stage position in the (XYZ) axes differs from the recorded stage position, and this difference is greater than these XYZ values, PC-DMIS considers the stage to have drifted.

The software only evaluates this value when the AutoShutterEnable registry entry is set to TRUE (1). If the stage is not stable, then point detection is not reliable.
