This registry entry allows you to speed up arrow drawing, at the expense of visual quality. When set to FALSE, arrows are drawn in a darker color when behind surfaces. This may take about twice as long to draw then if this registry entry is set to TRUE. When this registry entry is set to TRUE, arrows are obscured when behind surfaces.
