These values provide the XYZ or RAH (radius,angle,height) values of the end point of a line auto feature. The values will represent XYZ value when the "Cartesian" value is set to TRUE (1), and RAH when it is set to FALSE (0). These values are used for Vision probes while the "DccXYZ_0", "DccXYZ_1", and "DccXYZ_2" values are used for Contact probes.
