This value is the same as the FocusHiAccuracy value but is only applied during the Vision Probe Offset Calibration focus operations. When set to TRUE, the Vision machine will perform a second, slightly slower, pass-to attempt to improve the accuracy of the focal position. The second pass is optimized based on the image data of the first pass. This provides the default setting for the associated Vision Auto Feature target.
