This registry entry determines whether or not PC-DMIS generates a CSV file containing calibration focus information during the focus calibration process. This is helpful if you need to perform a more detailed analysis on the focus calibration information.

Entry Type: Boolean value. If set to False, no CSV file is generated. If set to True, a CSV log file of focus calibration information is generated during focus calibration and is stored in the following path with a name of FocusLogQRDCal.csv:
