Entry Type: Real number that specifies the speed in mm/second for the first set of VFT scan parameters when using an LSP-X3 probe. If this speed is set to 0 (zero) for the given set of parameters, that entire set is skipped since it’s not possible to execute scans with zero speed. The default value is 12.00.
