Install the Scazon driver according to the instructions that came with the card.
Run the latchtest.exe utility that came with the installation to test the installation of the card (r to read live data, p to read latched data, q to quit, i to reset all axis and reverse, and f to reset all axis forwards).
If all of the options are correct, copy a200pcd.dll and driveragent.dll from Scazon’s installation directory to the PC-DMIS installation directory.
Because the counter information is stored inside the Tech80 card, the only time the operator needs to reset the counters on the Tech80 card is when the power to the computer has been turned off. When the question is asked after a reboot, then the operator can say No to reset the counters. The symptoms of the Tech80 card that has not been reset after the power-up is that the counters will change somewhat randomly between positive and negative numbers.
