This registry entry controls whether or not PC-DMIS generates a Teamcenter debug file named TeamcenterDebug.txt.
PC-DMIS stores the debug file in this directory:
C:\ProgramData\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\<version> where <version> is your PC-DMIS version.
You can view the debug file and any debug information it contains in a text editor.
This debug file is specific to Teamcenter. It doesn't have anything to do with the regular debug file that PC-DMIS can also generate.
