These three values provide an estimate of the X, Y, & Z values for the error between the theoretical and actual tip offset. It is used to automate calibration. PC-DMIS estimates this roughly as the first step before calibrating tips in an automated way. The reason for the estimate is that the difference between the theoretical and actual value of the tip offset has a large variance.
