These values provide the XYZ or RAH (radius,angle,height) values of the point location or the center of an auto feature. It also defines the start point of a line auto feature. The values will represent XYZ value when the "Cartesian" value is set to TRUE (1), and RAH when it is set to FALSE (0). These values are used for Vision and Laser probes while the "DccXYZ_0", "DccXYZ_1", and "DccXYZ_2" values are used for Contact probes.
