If this registry entry is set to TRUE, and the Create button is clicked, PC-DMIS starts to measure the scan immediately. If this registry entry is set to FALSE, and the Create button is clicked, PC-DMIS inserts a scan object into the Edit window that can be measured later. This allows you to set up a series of scans that can be inserted into the Edit window and measured at a later time.
