Provides the top edge of the clipping plane as a percentage of your laser sensor's field of view. The clipping plane allows you limit the amount of data that is collected form your laser sensor.
For example, a value of 85 would eliminate the last fifteen percent from the top edge of the sensor's entire field of view, while a value of 100 will use all data up to the top edge of the sensor's field of view.
