The Change Manager adds all new commands to the end of the measurement routine. To make the measurement routine more efficient, after the Change Manger dialog box is closed, the Optimize Path dialog box displays. The SkipOptimize registry entry allows the user to specify if PC-DMIS should ask the user to sort the feature measurement commands to reduce the path line length. In some cases, it may not be desirable to have the features sorted but to have them remain at the end of the measurement routine. The display of the Optimize Path dialog box can be eliminated in this case by setting the SkipOptimize registry entry to TRUE.
Entry Name: SkipOptimize
Entry Type: Set to TRUE to prevent the Optimize Path dialog box from displaying and the feature measurement commands from being sorted. Set to FALSE (default) to display the Optimize Path dialog box and sort the feature measurement commands.
