AltDoneKey = F1 - This parameter sets the F1 key press to act as the Done key. For example, for MCU LITE which has no "Done" key function.
AltDeleteKey = F2 - This parameter sets the F2 key press to act as the Delete key. For example, for MCU LITE which has no "Delete Last Point" key.
Starting with I++ Client version 2.32, along with AltDoneKey and AltDeleteKey keys, you can define a total of 12 operations with the I++ server jog box. The I++ server can produce the KeyPress:F10 for the F10 key. If you want to assign the F10 key to the EnableProbe command, use the definition KeyPressEnableProbe = F10.
