To assist in the selection of hits, the Show Feature Normal option is available. You can find it on the right-click menu in the Graphic Display window.
To access it, right-click any feature label in the Graphic Display window. The pop-up menu displays a list of options, including the Show Feature Normal option.

When you select the Show Feature Normal option, the software performs these operations:
Saves the state of all CAD views
Rotates and translates the feature to normal in the selected view
Zooms to fit on the selected feature in the selected view
Flashes the feature in all views
The software displays the CAD model with the transparency value as defined by the Enable transparency setting. You can find this setting in the Transparency section of the CAD and Graphic Setup dialog box (Edit | Graphic Display Window | Lighting, Materials).
De-selecting the Show Feature Normal option returns all views to the states they were in before the option was last enabled.
