If you need to run your Arm1 measurement routine on Arm2, you can run PC-DMIS in Reverse Axes mode. This mode internally reverses the sign of the X and Y axes, making the Y axis positive towards the center of the machine and the X axis opposite the Arm1 X axis.
All existing probe files, wrist maps, tool changers, and other calibration and error comp files are usable in this mode without any change.
Calibrations done in either normal or Reverse Axes mode are correct and usable in either mode.
