Device Drivers

For PC-DMIS version 2016 and later, the Metronics device driver files are copied into the "MetronicsDrivers" folder of the PC-DMIS install directory.

For 64-bit versions of Windows, the drivers are automatically installed during the installation process. However, for 32-bit versions of Windows, you may need to install the drivers manually.

To manually install the drivers:

1. From the Control Panel, select Device Manager to open the Device Manager dialog box.

2. Locate the unrecognized hardware, right-click it and select the option to update or install new drivers.

3. Select the driver files installed in the MetronicsDrivers directory during the PC-DMIS installation process, and click Install.
