Command Identification - IDLetters

This registry entry determines the first letter or letters to use in the identification process. PC-DMIS always displays the ID in capital letters. You can enter up to 15 characters.

Entry Name: A,C,COPOper,CS,D,FCF,F,L,Q,V)Ltrs(0-17)

Entry Type: Character string that specifies the starting letters. The default value varies.

Preferably, this value should be set on the ID Setup tab in the Setup Options (F5) dialog box in PC-DMIS.
