If this registry entry is set to 0 (False), the software selects the In option in the Construct Circle dialog box. If this registry entry is set to 1 (True), the software selects the Out option.
Entry Name: Constructed Circle - InOut
Entry Type: Whole number - either 0 (False) to select the In option in the Construct Circle dialog box, or the default value 1 (True) to select the Out option.
