This value stores the last user state, whether the feature diagnostics was enabled or not. If this value is set to TRUE (1), then diagnostics was ON.
Entry Name: DiagnosticsType
Entry Type: Whole number that specifies TRUE (1) or FALSE (0). The default value is 0.
