This toggle field determines how Angle degrees are displayed. When set to 0 then degrees are displayed in range from 0° - 360°. When set to 1 then degrees are displayed in range from 0° to +/- 180°. Any PA Location axes and Angle dimensions will change to lie within the selected angle degree range.
This value is the same as the AngleRange0To360 registry entry value.
