This registry entry provides the distance (for measurement routines using MM units) over which to perform the focus. With this value, the machine searches in the Z direction for the best focal position.
Entry Name: FocusRangeMM
Entry Type: Real Number that specifies the distance in millimeters. The default value is 5.
