This registry entry determines whether PC-DMIS offsets an inserted Move Point along the CAD surface normal vector or the feature's vector. When this value is set to TRUE (1), the software creates the offset in the CAD surface direction vector. The value is ignored if the OffsetAlongTipVector registry entry is set to TRUE (1).
