This registry entry defines the text color for the Probe Readouts window.
Entry Name: ReadoutDisplay TextColor
Entry Type: Unsigned integer that specifies the decimal color number. The default value is 65280 (light green).

It is best to alter this value inside of PC-DMIS from the Probe Readouts Setup dialog box. To open this dialog box, right-click on the Probe Readouts window and select Setup, or select the Edit | Preferences | Probe Readouts Setup menu option.
