This registry entry allows the Out of Tolerance value to be displayed as either a positive or negative depending on the setting.

Entry Type: If this registry entry is set to the default setting of 0 (zero), the Out of Tolerance value displays as a positive number. If set to 1 (one), it has the same sign as the deviation.
