This registry entry was added in PC-DMIS version 4.3 MR2 and later. It lets you revert to the PC-DMIS version 4.2 and earlier behavior for legacy profile dimensions only.
If this registry entry is set to 1 (TRUE), this includes the size in the legacy form only profile.
If this registry entry is set to 0, legacy Profile form only will ignore the size.
However, note that the FCF profile dimensions always take the size of the feature or surface/curve into consideration even when this registry entry is set to 0. Unless, the GD&T Standard is set to ISO 1101 (if the UseISOCalculations registry entry is set to 1).

Entry Type: Whole number of 0 or 1. The default value is 1.
