PC-DMIS requires four configuration files during startup in order to initialize the SLC interface. These files contain connection and setup information, and they are specific to a machine. The factory supplies them with the machine. They are not installed with PC-DMIS.
You can locate the configuration files in the Windows installation directory.
Pwrdboard.ini - This file contains the connection and setup information for the SLC interface.
Kmess.ini - This file contains general information for logging and CWS setup, if required.
CWS.ini - This file contains connection and setup information for CWS. This file is only required for a CWS installation.
Zoom.ini - This file contains connection and setup information for a motor zoom. This file is only required for a zoom installation.
