When you first run PC-DMIS after installation, you must configure the machine settings from the Machine Options dialog box.
To do this:
From the Machine Options dialog box (Edit | Preferences | Machine Interface Setup), select the General tab and configure the correct settings in the Active controllers area.

From the Controller information area, select the machine type (for example: Optiv Classic 321 (DCC)).
Click Apply and then OK to save your changes.
