In cases where the PC-DMIS interface DLL files need to be manually changed (such as when you install PC-DMIS with an all interfaces license), you must rename these .dll files:

If you also need to update the firmware, do this:
Contact Hexagon's Customer Care Center to get the Firmware Upgrade.zip file (customercare.hmv@hexagon.com).
When you receive the zip file, unzip it, and run the installation application. Follow the steps to install the firmware upgrade on your computer.
You must complete step 2 before you can continue.
Once you complete the installation of the firmware upgrade, make a copy of the HexMSI.dll file found in the root of the PC-DMIS installation folder.
Rename the original HexMSI.dll file to interfac.dll.
Make a copy of the HSI_Mycrona.dll file found in the same folder.
Rename the original HSI_Mycrona.dll to HSI.dll.
