These values provide the XYZ or RAH (Radius, Angle, Height) values of the point location or the center of an auto feature. It also defines the start point of a line auto feature. The values will represent XYZ value when the Cartesian value is set to 1 (TRUE), and RAH when it is set to 0 (FALSE). These values are used for Vision and Laser probes while the DccXYZ_0, DccXYZ_1, and DccXYZ_2 values are used for contact probes.
