These values provide the XYZ or RAH (Radius, Angle, Height) values of the end point of a line auto feature. The values will represent XYZ value when the Cartesian value is set to 1 (TRUE), and RAH when it is set to 0 (FALSE). These values are used for Vision probes while the DccXYZ_0, DccXYZ_1, and DccXYZ_2 values are used for contact probes.
