Entry Type: Real number that specifies the distance. The default value is 2.

In PC-DMIS 2012 MR1 and higher, the ProbeQualAnalogDiskBottomHitsDistanceFromEdge registry entry provides the initial defaults for new probes. You can then define specific settings for individual probes in the Edit Probe Component dialog box. PC-DMIS displays this dialog box when you double-click a component in the Probe description area of the Probe Utilities dialog box (Insert | Hardware Definition | Probe).
