When calibrating an analog probe on some machine types, particularly when using the Leitz interface, there is typically a choice of whether to use the TRAX calibration algorithm for calculating the calibration coefficients.
This value stores the last used value for the check box in the Probe Utilities dialog box. When this registry entry is set to 1 (TRUE), PC-DMIS uses the TRAX algorithm.
