On an SMP-400 system, the interrupt was generated on the PH9/PH10 UART but it was not received by the interrupt controller chip on the processor board.

What you should do:
Note the error data that is displayed on the SMP-400 internal diagnostic LED.
If the error reoccurs, contact your Giddings & Lewis service representative.
