Device Drivers

PC-DMIS automatically installs the device drivers during the installation process. If you encounter problems, you can install the drivers manually. The device driver files are copied into the "Heidenhain\IK5000AxisMotorBoard" folder within the PC-DMIS install directory.

To manually install the drivers:

1. Open the "Heidenhain\IK5000AxisMotorBoard" folder within the PC-DMIS install directory.

2. Locate the IK5AXISPCI.INF file for Windows 10 installations or the QC5AXISPCI.INF file for Windows 7 installations.

3. Right-click the file and click Install.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
