Transferring the license from one Local License Server within the local network to another is called "re-hosting".
Transferring the license is intended only for a permanent change of the Local License Server. Re-hosting the license may also be necessary when you reset or install a new operating system on the same server or computer.
You can re-host the license only a limited number of times in a year. The number of allowed re-hostings depends on the software product that you are installing.
