The Display check box for a dimensioned feature (Insert | Dimension) creates a DIMINFO command in the Edit window after the dimension. This command will show all dimension information in the Graphic Display window next to the feature selected in the Feature List box. This DIMINFO command will also display the same dimension axes that are available in the Edit window for that particular dimension.
To use the Display option:
Select the Display check box.
Select the feature to dimension.
Click the Create button.
Dimension information then appears in the Graphic Display window.
