XactMeasure allowed multiple segments that were not composite. For example, with XactMeasure, you could have an upper segment be position, and the lower segment be orientation. As another example, you could have the upper segment be position with a lower segment of position, but the two position tolerances were not composite.
To simplify the reporting and other outputs, the geometric tolerance command does not allow multiple segments unless they are composite.
In such cases, the migration tool splits the XactMeasure command into two geometric tolerance commands, one for the upper segment and one for the lower segment.
