This registry entry provides a delay (in milliseconds) that PC-DMIS Vision waits to elapse before starting the point detection command. If the stage is not stable, then point detection is not reliable. Increasing this value may be useful to allow sufficient time for the stage to be motionless.
This registry entry is only evaluated when the AutoShutterEnable registry entry is set to 1 (TRUE).
