AutoShutterTimeToFireNth

This registry entry provides the delay (in milliseconds) that PC-DMIS waits before issuing the point detect command when PC-DMIS detects that the ROI (Region of Interest), that is not the FIRST ROI, is ready to fire. This delay gives the stage a chance to settle before firing the point detection. The recommended setting is 200.

This registry entry is only evaluated when the AutoShutterEnable registry entry is set to 1 (TRUE). If the stage is not stable, then point detection is not reliable.
