This registry entry defines the default value for the Contact Auto Move Properties tab that PC-DMIS uses when you create an Auto feature.
Based on the registry value, the probe moves to a distance (DccAutoMoveDistance) above the centroid of the feature before either the first hit or after the last hit; or both before the first hit and after the last hit.
0 (NONE) - The probe does not move to the distance above the centroid at all.
1 (Both) - The probe moves the distance above the centroid of the feature both before the first and after the last hit.
2 (Before) - The probe moves the distance above the centroid of the feature before the first hit but not after.
3 (After) - The probe moves the distance above the centroid of the feature after the last hit but not before.
This value applies to contact probes, while the "AutoMove" value applies to vision and laser probes.
