If the out-of-tolerance range is high, PC-DMIS indicates the deviation using the "greater than" symbol (>) on the right side of the line. If the out of tolerance range is low, PC-DMIS indicates the deviation using the "less than" symbol (<). Symbols are used when this registry entry is set to 1 (TRUE).
