This registry entry provides the minimum focus beta value required for the depth of focus calibration focus data. The beta value is a measure of the signal to noise of the focus contrast data. A focus scan that is too shallow will have a low number. The depth of focus phase of the focus calibration will attempt to automatically increase the scan range if the measured beta is below this threshold.
Entry Name: ProbeQualVisionOpticsCalFocusQRDBetaMin
Entry Type: Real Number that specifies the minimum beta value. The default value is 5.
