This value specifies an offset in millimeters from the measured corner of this tool changer port to the desired center point for the port. This value is in the direction of the height of the rack (usually up if looking into the depth direction with the length to the right).
The default value varies depending on the exact tool changer type and is not used at all by many of the supported changer types.

Entry Type: Real Number to specify height in mm. The default value is -99999, which means that no offset occurs.
